From the day it opened in a small yard at Aberdeen Harbour, the company philosophy was to be innovative, cutting edge and to gain a reputation for quality, service and reliability.
The fact that 35 years on many of the North Sea customers it served from that Waterloo Quay yard still make Premier their first choice is testament to its success.
Now based at custom-built premises in Dyce, Aberdeen and specialising in the provision of top quality drill pipe, tubing, down hole tools and tubular handling equipment, the North Sea will always be Premier’s home market but expansion into international locations has been key to its continued success. A second UK office in Great Yarmouth serves the southern sector and a growing network of bases support key international markets including Europe, the Middle East, West Africa and South East Asia.
What differentiates the company from others in the rental sector is the focus on offering ‘added value’ engineering services, providing clients with detailed torque and drag analyses in addition to hydraulics optimisation modelling, which complement the provision of high torque drill pipe.
